We didn't start out focused on venues.
Probiti launched in 2022 as a Melbourne MSP working across a range of industries. Over time it became clear where we did our best work: hospitality. Pubs, restaurants, bars, hotels. Places where the technology has to perform under real pressure, and where the people running them don't have time for IT that lets them down on a busy night.
That's where we focus now.
How we work
We're not a large team with a ticket queue. We're a small, embedded partner who knows your venue, your setup, and what matters to your operation. When something goes wrong, you're not explaining yourself to a helpdesk. You're talking to someone who already knows the context.
We look at the whole picture.
Most IT providers fix what's broken and move on. We take a broader view. Making sure your Google Business Profile is accurate and up to date, your analytics are configured properly, your call flows are designed so you never miss an event booking, and your email is set up to actually represent your business well. The technology should work together, not in isolation.
Technology we work with
We work primarily in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for email, identity, and cloud. For phone systems we deploy and manage 3CX via eConnection. We use Signiflow for document workflows and Exclaimer for email signature management.
Point of Sale
We've worked across a range of POS systems used in Melbourne venues, including IMPOS, Square, Bepoz, and Toast. We don't sell or install POS systems, but we make sure your network and infrastructure gives them the best possible environment to run in.
