At Probiti, we’re dedicated to providing our clients with the highest standards of service and support. We endeavour to achieve this through clear communication and transparency at all times.

Whether you need our help during standard business hours or require emergency assistance outside of these times, you’ll find all the essential information you need here.

Standard Business Hours
The Probiti team is available Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, excluding Victorian public holidays. Our standard rate for work during these business hours is $195 ex GST per hour.

Outside of / After Business Hours
Should you need assistance outside our standard business hours, including weekends or public holidays, we charge 1.5x the standard rate, amounting to $292.50 ex GST per hour.

Onsite Work (During Standard Business Hours)
For all work we conduct onsite during standard business hours, we charge a minimum of 1.5 hours, followed by increments of 15 minutes or part thereof.

Onsite Work (Outside of Standard Business Hours)
If you need any onsite work after-hours, we charge for a minimum of 2 hours with subsequent increments of 15 minutes or part thereof.

Remote Support Charges
For any remote client support that Probiti offers, we charge in increments of 15 minutes or part thereof.

Probiti Price Reviews
As a means of ensuring fairness, we conduct yearly price reviews from the 1st of July of each year.

Goods
All goods that Probiti Pty Ltd supplies remain the property of Probiti until we’ve received full payment.

Warranties
All hardware that Probiti provides is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Unless otherwise specified, all manufacturer warranties are Return-to-Base. The client is responsible for the cost of returning any faulty goods. Any engineering time spent on warranty diagnosis or arranging warranty replacement/service will be charged at our standard rates.

Change of Mind Returns
Here at Probiti, understanding our clients and their specific needs is a high priority. We aim to supply products and services that meet those unique requirements. To guarantee accuracy we provide thorough, detailed information and product specifications.

Please note, therefore, that we do not allow returns based on change of mind. We strongly recommend that you get in touch with us for any clarifications or queries about products before making any purchases.
